Visit family and friends. Self-certification yes
On the “red” and “orange” days (December 24, 2020 to January 6, 2021) you can visit family and friends. Here are the rules. We will have to carry the self-certification and motivate the move by marking with an x the box “other reasons allowed by current regulations …” and specifying that it is a “visit to friends”, or a “visit to family”.
Spending within the municipality (or in another municipality). Self-certification yes
In the days of the red zone, even to go shopping (which we remember can also be done in a different municipality due to the principle of convenience) you will have to bring self-certification, checking the box “other reasons allowed …” and specifying that you are going to do the shopping.
In the days of the orange zone, however, you can make purchases within your municipality without having to carry the self-certification. However, if we go shopping out of the ordinary, we will have to bring it to us, checking the box “other permitted reasons …” and explaining that we are going to make the purchase.
Walk. Self-certification, depends on the days
In the days of the red zone it is not allowed to move even within the municipality itself. You can only take a walk near the house (not out of the ordinary), taking your self-certification with you.
In the days of the orange zone it is allowed to move within the municipality itself. So if you want to take a walk through the interior of the municipality it is not necessary to carry the self-certification.
Take your dog out. Self-certification, depends on the days
In the days of the red zone it is allowed to take the dog, near your house, even carrying the self-certification.
On the days of the orange zone you can take the dog out in your municipality without having to carry the self-certification.
Second homes. Self-certification yes
Both in the days of the red zone and in the orange zone you can go to second homes, as long as they are located within the same region. We will have to motivate him by checking the box “other reasons …” and specifying that we are going to the second house. If you want to get to a second home located in another region, you can do so (with self-certification) but only in an emergency.
Mass. Self-certification yes
On the days of the red zone and the orange zone you can go to mass, arriving at the nearest church. You will have to bring the self-certification, stating the box “Other reasons …”.
Bike ride. Self-certification, depends on the days
On the days of the red zone you can take a bike ride staying near your house and therefore within your municipality. You must bring self-certification.
On orange days you can pedal through your municipality, without having to carry the self-certification. Only professionals can go out of the ordinary, but take the form with them.
Physical activity. Self-certification yes
During red zone days, you can be physically active by staying close to home. However, you will need to bring the self-certification.
On orange days you can do physical activity within your municipality, without having to carry the self-certification.
