The sanctions for those who leave during the curfew and travel in that time slot without any of the three justifications listed above will be sanctioned with a fine of 400 euros to 1,000 euros. So who can move during curfew? From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., those citizens who cannot return to their home or residence in other time slots may be transferred for reasons of work, health or necessity.
