The sanctions for those who leave during the curfew and travel in that time slot without any of the three justifications listed above will be sanctioned with a fine of 400 euros to 1,000 euros. So who can move during curfew? From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., those citizens who cannot return to their home or residence in other time slots may be transferred for reasons of work, health or necessity. For example, a nurse who ends her shift at 4 in the morning can go home with self-certification. The same also applies to delivery men or waste collectors. In all these cases, therefore, the work shift will be reported in the self-certification. However, in case of false statements, you risk being sentenced to prison from 1 to 6 years.
