Movements between counties, municipalities and second homes
In the orange zone, it is allowed to move only within its own municipality, from 5:00 to 22:00, without having to motivate the move. Displacements motivated by proven work needs, situations of need or health reasons (to be declared in the self-certification) are an exception.
With the decree of December 18, however, an exception to the red zone was inserted with respect to travel within the Region to visit friends or family. According to what is read in the new Christmas Decree, in fact, a maximum of two people can travel only once a day, from 5 to 22, to a private home of others within the territory of the Region. Children under 14 years of age and non-self-sufficient people are excluded from the count.
Returning to your home, domicile or residence is always allowed in the red and orange zone.
