TRENTO. Italy in the next few days it will look like a real chameleon very often changing the gradation of the “color” that corresponds to more or less restrictions. Proceeding in order, the measure national establish a Red zone spread to the whole country from December 24 to 27 (included), on December 31 and from January 1 to 3, On Monday, January 4, it will turn orange again, and then turns red again on January 5 and 6.

Starting today, December 19, almost all Regions are in the yellow zone, or in any case they should become before Sunday December 20 perhaps with the sole exception of Abruzzo. But be careful while there are no official communications the territories that today are considered orange areas remain such: Abruzzo, Campania, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Tuscany, Aosta Valley. Thus current restrictions apply in the orange zone (at least until Sunday, December 20).

Returning to the government classification in the “red days” you can only go to work, reasons of necessity (to buy or help someone who is not self-sufficient) and health reasons. You will be allowed to move to your own residence or address but also to the house where you live with your partner or partner. It is forbidden to reach second homes. We can move to get to the open stores and go to mass (in compliance with current regulations), or do physical activity, however, to get around, you will need a self-certification to have it or to complete it.

Respecting the 22 curfew will be possible move within regional boundaries, but not more than two people (excluding children up to 14 years and disabled people from the account), ergo, except for other restrictions, it will be possible spend the holidays in company but always in limited groups, with a ban on organizing parties or gatherings. A practical example will be possible host a family with their children at home under 14 yearsAt the same time, one visit per day is allowed so it will not be possible to find more families within 24 hours.

Catering activities (restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors) They will have to keep the shutters closed from December 24 to January 6. (included), they can, however carry out takeout or home delivery service with scheduled closing at 10pm supermarkets instead they will be always open except on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, with them they will remain open pharmacies, drugstores, tobacconists, newsagents, bookstores, florists, toy and sportswear stores, hardware stores, laundries and pet shops, as well as hairdressers and barbers.

Holidays (i.e. December 28, 29 and 30 and January 4), on “orange days”, it is allowed to travel within the municipality itself. Anyway, there is an exception: in municipalities with a population of no more than 5,000 inhabitants and for a distance not exceeding 30 kilometers from the relative borders, excluding in any case the trips to the provincial capitals. In any case, it will be possible to move even outside the municipal limits. For the rest of the trips the exceptions of the red zone apply. by there are no particular restrictions for matches in the orange zone, with the understanding that gatherings or parties may not be held. The recommendation is to use common sense.

If restoration activities remain closed even in orange zone, shops, on the other hand, can remain open until 9:00 p.m. with the national curfew set at 10 pm. In Trentino instead, yesterday President Maurizio Fugatti signed a more restrictive order that anticipates the entry into force of the curfew at 8:00 p.m. and the closing of the stores at 7:30 p.m. Consequently, while in the rest of Italy on “yellow and orange days” shops and other businesses may stay open longer in the province of Trento, they will have to close early, while residents will have to return home before midnight. 20 (article HERE).
