“People are tired and would like to get out of it, even if someone dies of patience.” It is the summary, but in fact the whole essence, of the speech delivered by the president of Confindustria Macerata, Domenico Guzzini, president of the renowned Recanati company that produces design objects for the table and the home, during the online event ‘Made For Italy for Fashion’, broadcast on the organization’s social networks and on YouTube on Monday, December 14. The clip was also broadcast by the CGIL of Macerata, among others, while the full video of the initiative was removed from the Confederation channels. The event was also attended, according to local newspapers, by the president of the Marche Region, Francesco Acquaroli, in sharing Brothers of Italy, and the new mayor of Macerata, the Northern League Sandro Parcaroli.
Focus of the debate It was the economic context of the region, very affected by the pandemic period, especially from the employment point of view. “We are in a complex phase, already struggling with a deep crisis linked to the old bank of Marche and the earthquake – said the governor at the beginning of the works – and as a policy we must accompany the territory in an important challenge also for employment. We have to give support to the business world quickly: not only contributions, but support for excellence ”. Then the intervention of the president of Confindustria, elected in January 2020: “The crisis has hit us, but it is hard for us to die. As you know a very meager Christmas awaits us, they are even thinking of tightening even more – explains Guzzini at first – and this also means blocking the retail that was getting up for the second time from a crisis and they are getting down on your knees againThen the shocking phrase: “I think people are tired and would like to get out of it, even if someone dies of patience. So in my opinion it becomes an impossible situation for everyone.”

we need you.
In these weeks of pandemic, journalists, if we do our work conscientiously, we carry out a public service. Also for this reason, every day here at ilfattoquotidiano.it we are proud to offer hundreds of new content for free to all citizens: news, exclusive insights, expert interviews, surveys, videos and much more. All this work, however, comes at great financial cost. Advertising, at a time when the economy is stagnant, offers limited revenue. Not in line with the access boom. That is why I ask those who read these lines to support us. Give us a minimum contribution, equal to the price of a cappuccino per week, which is essential for our work.

THANKS FOR READING NOW XX ITEMS THIS MONTH.
But now we are the ones who need you. Because our work has a cost. We are proud to be able to offer hundreds of new content to all citizens for free every day. But advertising, at a time when the economy is stagnant, offers limited revenue. Not in line with the boom in access to ilfattoquotidiano.it. That is why I ask you to support us, with a minimum contribution, equal to the price of one cappuccino per week. A small but fundamental sum for our work. Give us a hand!
