Hospitalizations and positivity rate

Tuscany
In Tuscany there are 112,789 cases of Coronavirus positivity, 445 more than yesterday. New cases are 0.4% more than the total of the previous day. Those cured grew by 1.1% and reached 92,117 (81.7% of all cases). The swabs made reached 1,725,291, 7,132 more than yesterday, of which 6.2% were positive. On the other hand, 2,614 subjects tested today (excluding control swabs), of which 17% were positive. To these are added the 496 rapid antigenic swabs that are currently being made. Campania
1,088 new cases of coronavirus have emerged in the last 24 hours in Campania from the analysis of 15,472 swabs. Of the 1,088 new cases, 83 are symptomatic and 1,005 are asymptomatic. The total number of Covid-19 cases in Campania since the beginning of the emergency is 175,053, while the total number of processed tampons is 1,821,695. In today’s bulletin, the Crisis Unit of the Campania Region inserts 30 new deaths, specifying that these are 9 deaths that occurred in the last 48 hours and 21 that occurred previously but registered yesterday. There are 1,648 new cures: the total cures is 80,043.
Lombardy
The number of people hospitalized in Lombardy continues to decrease both in intensive care (-29, 685 in total) and in the other departments (-106, 5,053 in total). With 11,317 swabs made, 945 are the new positives with the ratio lowered to 8.3% (yesterday 9.1%). There are 67 deaths for a total of 23,877 deaths in the region since the start of the pandemic. The healed / discharged are 8,906. Regarding the provinces, the figures have dropped with 394 new positives in the metropolitan city of Milan, of which 133 in Milan, 141 in Brescia, 91 in Bergamo, 66 in Mantua.
Puglia

Friuli Venezia Giulia
At present, 402 new infections have been detected in Friuli Venezia Giulia (12.03% of the 3,342 swabs performed, including a part of the rapid antigen tests). There are 58 hospitalizations in intensive care, while there are 660 patients in ordinary hospital wards. There were also 13 deaths from Covid-19, in addition to a previous death that occurred on December 8.
Abruzzo
A total of 32,275 positive cases of Covid 19 have been registered in Abruzzo since the beginning of the emergency. Compared to yesterday, there are 192 new cases (between 1 and 93 years). The number of deceased patients registers 19 new cases and amounts to 1,057 (between 58 and 97 years old, 5 in the province of L’Aquila, 3 in the province of Pescara and 11 in the province of Teramo). Of today’s total, 12 cases refer to deaths in recent days and only today the ASL has reported.
Umbria
49 new Covid positives were registered in Umbria on the last day, 26,239 in total compared to 117 recovered, 20,973. It arises from the updated data of the Region. The dead amount to 531, five more, while the positives are currently 4,735, 73 less than yesterday. The swabs analyzed were 308, 456,414, with a positive rate of 15.9 percent, a sharp increase compared to the last days, but as is the case with the data published every Monday. The number of patients hospitalized for Covid is increasing again, 347, eight more, 41 of which (minus four) in intensive care.
Val d’Aosta
No new deaths and 588 current positive cases, – 34 compared to yesterday, of which 74 were hospitalized, 9 in intensive care and 505 in home isolation. These are the numbers of the Coronavirus emergency in Aosta Valley, published today by the Region’s health update bulletin. Since the beginning of the epidemic, the positive cases are 6,885, +14, the cured 5944, +48 compared to yesterday and the swabs carried out so far 65975, + 367.
Sardinia
The contagion curve in Sardinia continues to fall, after yesterday’s increase due to a readjustment of data in the province of Nuoro. In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 228 new cases were detected, bringing the total number of Covid-19 positives found on the island to 26,506 since the beginning of the emergency. There are also 11 deaths (588 in total), eight men and three women between 59 and 93 years old. There are four residents in the province of Sassari, three in the province of Nuoro, two in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari and two, respectively, in the provinces of Oristano and South of Sardinia.
Emilia romagna
Still on coronavirus infections in Emilia-Romagna but especially hospitalizations: in the last 24 hours, according to data reported by the Region, 1,574 new positives were detected in just over 10,500 swabs, with an average age of 45 years. There are 222 patients admitted to intensive care (+2 compared to yesterday), 2,831 those from the rest of Covid departments (+12). There are 73 other victims in the region, including five 50-year-old patients. The province that pays the highest tax is Bologna, with 41 dead.
Lazio

Liguria
Covid hospitalizations in Liguria date back to: there are 10 more hospitalized patients reported in the daily bulletin, for a total of 853, with 73 patients in intensive care, 2 less than yesterday. The outbreak causes another 17 deaths, bringing the region’s total to 2,674 since the start of the crisis. These are deaths registered between December 6 and 13, of people ranging from a minimum of 67 years of a man disappeared in the Sarzana hospital, to 91 of a woman who died in San Martino de Genoa. There are 233 new infections of the 2,533 swabs performed, with an incidence that becomes significant in the capital: in Genoa there are 121 new cases (118 in Asl 3), while in Savona 71, in Imperia 3 and in La Spezia 22.
