With 1,510 votes collected in the September elections, Castorina was the most voted councilor of the center-left.
The investigation refers to the holding of the recent administrative elections in Reggio Calabria on September 20 and 21. the The controversial charges are those of forgery in public deed and electoral crimes.. The measures were dictated by the investigating judge of Reggio Calabria as part of the investigations started last November on the case of some people who did not attend the electoral college but whose vote is reported.
