From now on Lombardy, Piedmont, Calabria and Basilicata I am yellow zone. The Campania it does not become the yellow zone but remains orange, as announced. Also there Tuscany does not become the yellow zone but remains in the orange zone for another week, along with Aosta Valley, South Tyrol and Abruzzo (which until yesterday was the red zone). As of today, therefore, there is no more red region.
Citizens of a region that returns to the yellow zone, from the orange zone, they can:
– Move freely within its own Municipality and between different Municipalities, except between 10 pm and 5 am, when the curfew is in effect. To move at night you need specific reasons (those allowed are work, health or need and urgency) so it is necessary to fill in the self-certification form (found here);
– move freely outside the Region e go to another Region in the yellow zone (except, as in the previous case, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.). To move to a region in the orange or red zone, you need specific reasons (work, health, need and urgency) and the self-certification form;
– going to the bar, until 6 pm;
– Go to the restaurant, until 6pm: after that time home delivery is allowed, and until 10pm it is possible to bring take-away food (which cannot be consumed in the surroundings of the restaurant)
– Go to a shopping center weekdays: not Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
– go with friends and family: the Dpcm does not foresee a specific prohibition, but the recommendation is to continue without visiting people who do not live together.
