The President of the Region, Vincenzo De Luca, signed the new ordinance on controls at train stations and airports, which also introduces the prohibition of reaching second homes located in the Campania region, unless there are reasons to tested urgency.
The rules are valid as of next Saturday, December 12 and until January 7.
In this period, the local health authorities will carry out random checks on the body temperature of travelers arriving at the Capodichino airport, as well as at the Naples, Naples-Afragola, Salerno, Caserta, Benevento and Battipaglia train stations. , Agropoli, Vallo della Lucania and Sapri (the latter for trains that make interregional connections).
In case of body temperature above 37.5 or even mild symptoms related to Covid, a rapid test will be performed, with subsequent molecular smear in case of positivity. The competent authorities are asked to ensure the reinforcement of controls on the territory, in the light of the foreseeable substantial return during the holidays of Campania citizens from other regions or from abroad.
