• Hello, I am a high school teacher.
  I am 51 years old (04/03/1969) and on 12/31/2020 I will have expired 27 years, 9 months and 10 days of contributions.
  When will I be able to retire?

It takes 16 years to reach the 67 currently required to access the old-age pension and 15 years and 20 days (as of December 31, 2020) for early retirement. Your retirement, if there are no increases in the retirement age in the coming years, will therefore be when you reach the age to access the old-age pension, since for the 20 days remaining, even early retirement will require another year.

• Good evening, I ask you if there is the possibility of accessing the early retirement pension with 62 years of age and 35 years of contributions paid currently unemployed and I used Naspi until July of the same year

With the extension of the Social Ape in 2021, if you turn 63 in the course of next year you will be able to access retirement with this measure since it requires, for the unemployed, to have finished benefiting, for at least 3 months, of the totality of the unemployment allowance owed.

• Hello, I would like to know if I can still teach in the 2021/22 school year turning 67 in October 2021 or if I am REQUIRED to apply for a pension. Thank you.

When you turn 67 in October 2021, on September 1, 2021, you will not be placed in office retirement. Therefore, you can work until August 31, 2022 to be put into retirement on September 1 of the same year.
