Reggio Calabria, husband and wife shot dead while picking olives

A couple, Giuseppe Controneo, 58, and Francesca Musolino, 51, husband and wife, were shot and killed while harvesting olives in Calanna, in the Reggio area. One of the couple’s two sons found the lifeless bodies. Carabinieri intervened at the scene and they are conducting the surveys and trying to reconstruct the dynamics of the crime, coordinated by the Deputy Prosecutor of Reggio Calabria Gerardo Dominijanni and the current prosecutor Flavia Modica. The investigators, for the moment, on the motive of the double murder, do not rule out any hypothesis.
