As Primonumero reported this morning, it is an 89-year-old woman from Campomarino who was admitted to the San Timoteo de Termoli hospital, where she died last night. She is the grandmother of Forza Italia deputy Annaelsa Tartaglione. In Teramo, however, a worker from a nursing home living in Scapoli who was treated in the Abruzzo hospital did not succeed.
ADMISSIONS TO THE CARDARELLI CV: 2 INFECTIOUS PATIENTS, 3 DISMISSED
After two days without new hospitalizations, today, December 8, two patients had to be transferred to the Infectious Diseases ward of the Cardarelli hospital: one in Campobasso and the other in Montaquila.
Instead, three people left the hospital in the capital and were discharged thanks to an improvement in their clinical picture: they are a patient from Campobasso, one from San Martino in Pensilis and a patient from Termoli. All three were on the Infectious Diseases ward.
Currently, 57 covid patients are hospitalized in Cardarelli, 8 in intensive care and 49 in infectious diseases. Today no healed have been reported.
ONLY 14 CASES, POSITIVITY RATE OF 3%
Today, however, the number of positives is very low, only 14 out of 455 swabs processed, for a positivity rate of 3%, very low but which would confirm a trend seen in recent days. Today’s positives come from Termoli (4), Oratino (3), Campobasso (2). Then one from Campomarino, Ferrazzano, Frosolone and Pietrabbondante.
In Molise yesterday the positivity rate was 6.49% under 43 new cases of positivity in 663 processed swabs.

According to the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health reports today in Italy 14,842 new coronavirus infections emerged with 149,232 swabs processed (positive rate of 9.9%). Yesterday there were 13,720 new positive coronavirus cases compared to 111,217 swabs and a positivity rate of 12.3%.
In the last 24 hours up to 634 deaths (yesterday 528). Intensive care patients fall by 37 (yesterday -72) while ordinary hospitalizations with Covid-19 fall again (-443, yesterday +233).
