According to the latest draft of the Recovery Plan, the government will allocate 196 billion for the six macro-areas of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
48.7 billion will go to digitization and innovation, 74.3 billion to the area of ”green revolution and ecological transition” and 27.7 billion to the infrastructure sector for sustainable mobility. The chapter “Education and research” can count on 19,200 million, that of gender equality at 17.1 billion, according to the draft. Finally, the health area will have 9 billion.

The draft of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan that the government is working on is 125 pages long and divided into four parts. The text describes the objectives, reforms and investments, implementation and monitoring of the plan and the evaluation of the economic impact. The reforms and investments point to “a ‘green, smart and healthy’ transition. And they refer to: justice reform; digitization, innovation, competitiveness and culture; green revolution and ecological transition; infrastructure for sustainable mobility; education and research, gender equality, social and territorial cohesion; and health.
Control room
An Executive Committee will supervise the implementation of the PNR with orientation, coordination and control tasks,
composed of the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Economy and the Minister of Economic Development.
The Minister for European Affairs is also identified, in agreement with the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as regards the latter, as the single point of contact with the European Commission for all activities related to the implementation of the plan. The Committee can delegate one of its members, without formalities, to carry out specific activities.
GUIDE LINE RECOVERY PLAN
The text has not yet been approved by the Council of Ministers. At the current meeting, Minister Teresa Bellanova came to define the draft as “opaque and unconstitutional.”
