In the draft Recovery Plan covered by the CDM, the financial allocations for each of the 17 clusters are specified. In second place are the projects related to “Innovation, competitiveness, digitalization 4.0 and internationalization”, from the “Digitization” chapter, to which 35,500 million should be allocated. The package of resources with which the cluster “High-speed network and road communication 4.0” can count on 23.6 billion. A little more than ten billion will be diverted to projects for the improvement of teaching and the right to study, while in the “Health” chapter 4.8 billion should go to the cluster “Proximity assistance and telemedicine” and 4.2 to Innovation projects , research and digitization. health care.

For the tax reform “it is believed that the need is now to concentrate the available resources to reduce the tax burden on average incomes as a priority” after intervening on workers with an income of up to 40 thousand euros – read the draft – Now we have to intervene in favor of workers (both salaried and self-employed) with an average income, or approximately between 40 and 60 thousand euros, because it is the band that today suffers from excessive tax levels compared to the income obtained ”.
