Mirco Coffari, Case Manager at Borgo Montone Hospice in Ravenna, has passed away

Is dead, on the night between December 5 and 6, Mirco Coffari, 58, president of Science and Life Ravenna and case manager (the coordinator between hospital, hospice and home care) at the Hospice Villa Adalgisa that he had come to after years of service in Santa Teresa. In addition to being president of Ciencia y Vida, he was the local contact person for the Defend Our Children committee and promoter of many cultural initiatives to spread the culture of life.

From a professional point of view, after years in the front line as an emergency nurse and 118, he also dedicated himself to training as a didactic coordinator, tutor and teacher of Nursing Sciences and then held various coordination roles in Santa Teresa and within the Centro de Salud and, since 2014 at the Villa Adalgisa hospice, first as a nursing coordinator and then as Case manager.
He leaves behind his wife Fiorella and his daughter Elisabetta, both well known in the Diocese of Ravenna for their commitment to the world of volunteerism and youth ministry. Due to the health emergency, the funeral will be held strictly private, but the family has asked to join in the prayer for his soul.
