The Dpcm renews the system of “colored” regions, but from December 21 to January 6, movement between regions of any color will be prohibited. The hotels are also open, but the internal restaurants will close at 6:00 p.m. on December 31. In homes “it is strongly recommended not to receive people who are not cohabiting, except for work needs or situations of need and urgency.”
