Tragic accident last night in Cinto Euganeo: Nicolò Sinigaglia, 31 years old from Lozzo Atestino, well-known bartender and event organizer, “soul” of “Salotto 38”, a trendy nightlife club in Atestine, lost his life. It happened around 8 pm as the young man was returning home from dinner with friends.
He was driving the Lexus car on behalf of the company where he worked and was driving on Via Prossima directly from Valle San Giorgio to Cinto, a section in the middle of the field and by that time it was already dark.
According to a first and summary reconstruction, the young man may have encountered a sudden obstacle, perhaps a wild boar, which forced him to make a sharp turn when invading the opposite lane: a maneuver that at a (not excluded) high speed overturned the car several times, causing him to fall to the field below.
The impact for Nicolò was unfortunately fatal. A passing motorist moments later raised the alarm. The arrival of an ambulance from Suem was useless: the doctor could only verify the death of the 31-year-old. The eastern firefighters and the police from the Abano Terme company led by Captain Carmelo Recupero are also on site. The army has not ruled out the wild boar hypothesis that may have “cut” the road, but the causes of the accident are still under investigation.
Nicolò Sinigaglia had worked in the most important nightclubs in Monselice, Conselve and now Este. Premises that he had followed with passion, leading them to success. Everyone knew him for his vitality and friendliness. His temperament is revealed in a post published on Facebook on November 4: «I have never seen you disoriented like in this period … Work is serious business. Work is passion, dedication, effort and satisfaction. Work is sacrifice but happiness … Choose it carefully, set goals … Don’t sit down, run … Satisfaction will come to those who, with determination … think that dreams will have to come true ». –
