Today the new color change. Red regions drop from 8 to 5

New change of colors, in some Italian regions, in the fight against Covid 19. As of today, after the signing of the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, there are more orange (medium risk) or yellow (low risk) regions ) and fewer red regions (high risk). The painting, in this second wave, photographs a situation that is improving notably but – all the experts emphasize – it does not mean “all free”. Caution and attention are always advised, also to avoid relapses and the well-founded risk of a new wave in the coming weeks.

The red regions fall from 8 to 5. In addition to Lombardy and Piedmont, in fact, Calabria also leaves the area where the maximum restrictions are foreseen to try to stop new infections. The Liguria and Sicily regions turn from orange to yellow.

YELLOW ZONE:

Lazio, Liguria, Molise, the autonomous province of Trento, Sardinia, Sicily, Veneto.

ORANGE ZONE:

Basilicata, Calabria, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Puglia, Umbria.

RED ZONE:

Abruzzo, Campania, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Tuscany, Aosta Valley.

The situation, which could change in the coming days, is the result of the evaluation of a series of parameters that help experts to evaluate the different risk factors in each region.
