Lombardy, Piedmont and Calabria of the red zones turn orange as of November 29. Liguria and Sicily from orange to yellow according to the new ordinance of the Minister of Health Speranza. Campania, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Valle d’Aosta and the autonomous province of Bolzano remain in red. The decisions are linked to the virus transmissibility index (Rt) in the different Regions. The decree, effective as of December 4, will confirm the division of the country into red, orange and yellow zones. To limit the risks of a third wave, travel between Regions is intended for residents only. The curfew would remain at 10 pm, even on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. For restaurants, the closure must remain from 6 pm and the blockade must be total at Christmas and San Esteban. Shops may remain open until 9:00 p.m. or even later, as long as the obligation of the curfew at 10 p.m. is respected and enforced. The idea of introducing a 15-day quarantine for those returning from abroad during the Christmas period should be confirmed. .
