A decision that forces the Tuscans to observe the strictest measures provided by the Dpcm of November 3 for almost 20 days and for this reason the president of the Tuscany Region has signed a new ordinance at this time that introduces new rules for some activities .

I signed a new ordinance regulating travel and activities.
Displacements to a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or domicile are allowed:
Reach second homes, motorhomes or caravans, own boats for maintenance and repair throughout the Region;
In neighboring municipalities for products necessary for their needs or for greater economic convenience;
Visiting the children with the other parent;
Cultivate the land for agricultural use and the activity aimed at production for self-consumption;
For the activity of collecting truffles, mushrooms and fishing exclusively in a professional manner outside the municipality of residence;
Take care of farm animals.
The activity is allowed through animal grooming exercises.
Laboratory activities and face-to-face internships are allowed in professional training courses. All other activities are carried out remotely. The activity of the schools of music, painting, photography, theater, foreign languages ​​and other courses, including eventual exams, is carried out remotely if it is collective or in person if it is individual.
The movements must be self-certified indicating all the elements necessary for the relative verification.
