The president of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, based on information from the director of the Department of Health Promotion, Vito Montanaro, reports that today, Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Puglia, 9,988 tests have been registered for the Covid coronavirus infection -19 and 1,511 positive cases have been registered:
- 553 in the province of Bari,
- 156 in the province of Brindisi,
- 195 in the BAT province,
- 308 in the province of Foggia,
- 104 in the province of Lecce,
- 184 in the province of Taranto,
- 8 residents outside the region,
- 3 cases of unknown residence.
30 deaths were recorded: 7 in the province of Bari, 1 in the province of Brindisi, 2 in the province of Bat, 8 in the province of Foggia, 5 in the province of Lecce, 7 in the province of Taranto.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 742,930 tests have been carried out.
- 12,192 are recovered patients.
- 34,071 are currently positive cases.
The total of positive cases of Covid in Puglia is 47,565, divided as follows:
- 18,386 in the province of Bari;
- 5,414 in the province of Bat;
- 3,379 in the province of Brindisi;
- 11,051 in the province of Foggia;
- 3,617 in the province of Lecce;
- 5,385 in the province of Taranto;
- 324 attributed to residents outside the region,
- 9 province of unknown residence.
Asl’s Prevention Departments have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, in order to trace close contacts.
