The President of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano based on information from the Director of the Department of Health Promotion Vito Montanaro, informs that today, Thursday, November 19, 2020 in Puglia, 9,386 tests of infection by coronavirus Covid-19 have been registered and registered 1,263 positive cases: 555 in the province of Bari, 72 in the province of Brindisi, 189 in the province of BAT, 154 in the province of Foggia, 98 in the province of Lecce, 187 in the province of Taranto, 6 residents outside the region, 2 cases of non-resident province Note. 28 deaths were recorded: 5 in the province of Bari, 4 in the province of Brindisi, 1 in the province of BAT, 10 in the province of Foggia, 2 in the province of Lecce, 6 in the province of Taranto.
685,610 tests have been carried out since the beginning of the emergency. 9,734 patients were recovered. Currently, 28,500 are positive cases. The total of positive cases of Covid in Puglia is 39,347, divided as follows: 15,503 in the province of Bari; 4,410 in the province of Bat; 2,708 in the province of Brindisi; 9,031 in the province of Foggia; 2,961 in the province of Lecce; 4,447 in the province of Taranto; 282 attributed to residents outside the region; 5 province of unknown residence. Asl’s Prevention Departments have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, in order to trace close contacts.
