There could soon be a small revolution in the sorting mechanism, introduced by the latest DPCM, of Regions in the three risk zones: red, orange and yellow.
The great news is that individual provinces may change color, from red or orange to yellow, for example, again based on data for the famous 21 parameters, including the Rt index.
The green light could arrive already during the day, when the regional presidents who have been calling for this change for a long time will hold a summit with the government, with the ministers Speranza and Boccia which would appear to be oriented to the green disk.
The intention is not to penalize some areas that, despite a health situation under control, they are in the red or orange zone since the implemented mechanism evaluates the regions and not the individual provinces.
The provinces change color
The system assessment of Italy in three risk areas may soon change. Among the many requests for changes that have come to the government table, there is one that could get the green light today.
As invoked by the presidents, 21 parameters hitherto applied only to the Regions can also be considered for the individual provinces, which will thus be able to change color depending on the health situation linked to the coronavirus.
A novelty that could smile Bergamo me Brescia, two provinces currently in the red zone like all Lombardy but that, given the best figures compared to the other capitals, could therefore be considered a yellow zone.
For the rest, the good news would seem to have ended here: despite an epidemiological curve that seems to have slowed its growth, in the short term the color changes could only be negative, with theAbruzzo and the Puglia it should turn red and the Veneto Orange.
