In total, therefore, the infected Piacentinos officially discovered since the beginning of the pandemic are 10,023, while the deaths attributable to the region are 1,033 (the ASL counts 1,034 due to a delay in data communication).

Since the start of the coronavirus epidemic, 93,285 positive cases have been registered in Emilia-Romagna, 2,219 more than yesterday, out of a total of 22,381 swabs made in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives over the number of tampons manufactured is 9.9% today, compared to 17.6% yesterday.
The average age of new positives today is 45.2 years.
Active cases, that is, the number of actual patients, to date are 57,268 (1,839 more than yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home, that is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are asymptomatic, add up to a total of 54,570 (+1,781 compared to yesterday), 95.2% of all active cases.
Unfortunately, there are 48 new deaths: in addition to that of Piacenza, 20 in the province of Bologna (9 women, respectively, out of 69, 79, 81, 86, 87, 88, 91 and 2 out of 85; 7 men, 2 of the of which 74 years, one of 78, one of 80, 2 of 84 and one of 85; other 4 women in the Imola area, respectively 41 years, 90 years and 2 of 80 years); 8 in Reggio Emilia (3 women, one 64 years old and 2 86 years old, and 5 men 84, 85, 87, 92, 93 years old); 7 in the province of Modena (6 women of 70, 84, 91, 92 and two of 90 years respectively, and a man of 96 years), 7 in Ravenna (3 women of 77, 87 and 89 and 4 men of 73 years , 74, 82 and 92 years), 3 in Parma (all women, respectively 81, 83 and 91 years); one in Ferrara (an 87-year-old man) and one in the province of Forlì-Cesena (a 79-year-old man from Cesenatico).
Since the start of the coronavirus epidemic, there have been a total of 5,115 deaths in Emilia-Romagna.
There are 247 patients admitted to intensive care (stable data compared to yesterday), 2,451 those from other Covid departments (+58).
The total number of people cured increased to 30,902 (+332 compared to yesterday).
