There are 822 cases detected by the examination of 4,850 swabs performed, according to the Region’s bulletin on Sunday, November 15, which reports a total of 43,377 positive cases since the beginning of the emergency, of which 38,139 are symptomatic. The province with the highest number of positives is Genoa with 10,861, followed by La Spezia, where the positives are 2,372; 1,780 and 1,676 those of the provinces of Savona and Imperia respectively. The positive people residing in Liguria, but outside the region, are 3329, while 852 swabs are being tested.
There are 1,508 hospitalized in hospital, of which 115 in intensive care, while in home isolation, that is, in therapy within the walls of the house, there are 14,230 people. Six hundred and sixty-six recently recovered, for a total of 23,398 since the beginning of the emergency (patients who test negative in the molecular test; patients who resolve the symptoms of covid-19 infection and for whom 21 days have elapsed since the onset of symptoms – after evaluation by clinical experts and microbiologists / virologists – Ministry of Health circular reference n.32850 of 12/10/2020). The total of victims is 2,109, 21 more than yesterday.
Regarding the subjects under active surveillance, that is, monitored because they are contacted by cases, in the territory of Asl 1 there are 3,144, in Asl 2 instead of 1,897, 5,291 in Asl 3, 976 in Asl 4 , 657 in Asl 5.
Today there are 1,091 new positives in Liguria, compared to 6,167 swabs done in the last 24 hours. This is the detail of the new positives:
- Asl1: 114 (41 contacts of confirmed cases, 72 detection activities, 1 socio-health sector)
- Asl2: 77 (19 confirmed contact cases, 55 detection activities, 3 from the social and health sector)
- Asl3: 486 (101 contacts of confirmed cases, 348 detection activities, 35 from the social and health sector, 2 return trips)
- Asl4: 5 (1 confirmed case contact, 4 detection activities)
- Asl5: 140 (55 confirmed contact cases, 79 detection activities, 6 social and health sector).
The ASL specification does not refer to the residence of the people but to the territorial headquarters of the laboratories where the swab was reported.
