These three children, in addition to robbing him in broad daylight on Monday, November 9, had also brutally assaulted him. But he, assisted by the police from the Lambrate police station and by the 118 health workers, had refused to transfer him to the emergency room, due to the risks derived from the Covid health emergency, for which he was treated on the spot, at Lambro Park from Milan.
Shortly before the 43-year-old man was attacked by the three young men while sitting on a bench. All three had faced him with covered faces. He had tried to collect his personal belongings, leaning on the bench, and escape, but he had been thrown to the ground and severely beaten repeatedly on the face and head. They then collected the 43-year-old’s belongings, including a phone and car keys, and escaped.
The agents, who intervened on radio signals, identified them as they headed towards via Feltre. During the escape, the three dropped part of the stolen property: the cell phone, the car keys, the house keys and the wallet, which will be returned to the victim. The cops captured two of the three fugitives (one had blood on his shoes). They immediately admitted their responsibilities.
Both 17 years old, they were placed in the care of their parents and under house arrest. The judge of the direct time then ordered the placement in the community of one of them and the stay in the family home of the other. There is no trace, at the moment, of the third fugitive.
