We propose them again below:
- What are the medium and large commercial structures whose business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays? According to art. 3 of regional law n. 50 of 2012, the average sales structure is: “the single commercial establishment or the aggregation of several commercial establishments in the form of an average commercial center, with a sales area between 251 and 2,500 square meters”. The big points of sale are those with a higher surface.
- Are restaurants, bars, pastry shops, take-out pizzerias and other catering establishments open on Sundays, November 15 and 22? Yes, outside of the malls; in shopping centers they are closed.
- Can I go from my country to a spa on Sunday November 15 to eat in a restaurant? Yes, but before and after lunch you should avoid walking in the historic center, which generates crowds and meetings.
- Can guests of a hotel located in the historic center do physical activities / walks? Yes. Residents are equated.
- Are personal services (hairdresser, beautician, etc.) open on Sundays? Yes, since they are not commercial businesses but service activities.
- Are personal services (eg hairdressers, laundry) open within shopping centers? Yes, by analogy with the provisions for red zones.
- Is the bike rental open on Sundays? Yes, it is about services.
- Are outdoor antique markets allowed? Not on Sunday.
- Is physical education prohibited in schools? Ordinance n. 151 prohibits the performance of physical education and other didactic activities only after the issuance of an opinion from the National Scientific Technical Committee indicating that these activities are dangerous for the spread of covid-19; for the moment, the opinion has not yet been issued and, therefore, in Veneto, the situation has not changed.
- Are singing lessons forbidden in private schools? Following the position predominantly taken by the Regions, lessons are believed to be prohibited under the specific provisions of the lett. s) of art. 1, paragraph 9, dpcm 3.11.2020 that establishes: “Public and private training courses can only be carried out remotely”.

- Can car dealers open on Saturdays? Yes, if they are neighborhood businesses; no, if they are medium or large sales structures. You have to look at what is written in the SCIA or in the authorization under which the exercise is opened.
- Should open air markets have a single entry and a single exit? No, the important thing is to move people to controlled entrances and exits.
- Can ice cream parlors serve mobile ice cream? Yes. It is necessary, as in the first phase of closings, that people do not gather in front of the store and leave the premises.
- I the bars are closed until 3 in the afternoon? No, they open even earlier, but from 3:00 p.m. you can only sit at the bar.
- Can flowers and plants be sold on Sundays? No, it is a commercial activity.
- Are the gardens open on Sundays? No, if they are businesses authorized under commercial law. According to the dpcm 3.11.2020, the sale of agricultural products is always allowed as a link in the agricultural production chain (see art. 1, paragraph 9, lett. Ll), dpcm 3.11.2020).

- Are organized excursions with a guide allowed? Yes, as long as you don’t go to crowded places or create crowds and crowds.
