Several movements took to the streets to demonstrate against the government’s decision and request financial aid to face the closure of activities. The stretched out in Naples
Two hundred protesters gathered in via Cesario Console and via Nazario Sauro, in Naples, after the official establishment of the red zone in Campania. The markets took to the streets and, displaying a banner with the words “We will never stop,” they asked the government for relief from the closure and the consequent economic crisis. The procession then headed to Via Santa Lucia, the seat of the Campania region.
In Piazza Municipio, the seat of the municipality of Naples, the unemployed movement of November 7 met, protesting the labor policies now stopped. Instead, a unitary demonstration of different movements is planned in Piazza Plebiscito, already manned by an imposing series of police forces. “For health and economic support for all, property for the rich”, this is the banner displayed by a hundred protesters in front of the entrance of the Prefecture of Naples.
