Closing: when the red zone begins in Campania and how long it will last

[ad_1]

Campania enters the red zone due to the covid emergency. It begins on Sunday, November 15: the confinement will last exactly 15 days, according to the order signed by the Ministry of Health. And thus, even the region administered by Vincenzo De Luca, after days of controversy, thus goes from the yellow zone to the red one, without an “intermediate” phase in the orange zone. This was decided by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, who yesterday, Friday, November 13, signed the ordinance to “move” the area that affects several regions.

UNTIL WHEN THE LOCKDOWN WILL LAST

Therefore, two weeks of lockdown for Campania, from November 15 to 29, except for new extensions. The goal is to lower the counting curve, which has literally gone crazy in recent days. In fact, two weeks is the minimum period to see the effect of the new measures, as the general director of Prevention of the Ministry of Health, Gianni Rezza, has also explained. Along with Campania, Tuscany also passed into the red zone, thus reaching the other regions that were the first to enter the new blockade, located in the individual regions and not in the whole country. Here is the complete request from the Ministry of Health.

Red zone: what changes

There will be many differences from tomorrow with the movement of Campania in the red zone: end of movements from one municipality to another, but also within the municipality itself, except for valid and proven reasons. In any case, self-certification will be necessary. Stores closed: but takeout (5-22) or home delivery will be allowed. Curfew confirmed from 10 pm to 5 am the next morning. On the other hand, schools unknown to Campania remain: they were closed to teaching in presence, but the regional ordinance expires today. And in the red zones, in theory, face-to-face teaching runs from kindergarten through sixth grade.
