In Verona and Pesaro the pedestrian streets have become a one-way street, while in Cittadella, in the province of Padua, a ban on smoking in the street has been activated to prevent people from lowering their masks. A particular prohibition concerns the city of Bologna. There has been a restriction on all events and demonstrations: they are no longer allowed. Stop even the performances of street performers. SHOPS AND SHOPPING CENTERS
Shopping centers are closed throughout Italy on weekends and holidays: in the yellow, orange and red zone, the stores inside them cannot open on weekends, except for supermarkets, tobacconists, newsstands. , pharmacies and parapharmacies.
More severe measures in three regions: Emilia Romagna, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The regional ordinance, in force since November 14, provides for the closure of large and medium-sized sales structures, points of sale and shops the days before the holidays. On holidays, however, any type of sale is prohibited, even in small shops and stores, with the exception of supermarkets, grocery stores, tobacconists, kiosks, pharmacies and parapharmacies. The opening days are valid until December 3, the entry limitation measures: only one person per family can enter, with the exception of those accompanying the disabled and children up to 14 years of age. Those over 65 are invited to shop in the early opening hours to avoid the late afternoon crowds. This is a recommendation and not an obligation, so there are no penalties for infringement.
In Lazio, although it is still a yellow zone, Zingaretti has signed a new ordinance that provides for the closure of maxi-stores (commercial structures of more than 2500 square meters) on holidays and before holidays, with the exception of “activities for the sale of food products, pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists and kiosks”.
THE SPORT
Also in this case the rules are different according to the regions. In Rimini it is allowed to walk or run along the seafront, but without stopping. In Bolzano, physical activity is allowed close to the house, at a maximum distance of 1,000 meters. Compliance with the standard can be monitored through an app. In Friuli, on the other hand, outdoor gymnastics is prohibited in the historic centers. In Campania, which has become the red zone, jogging, brisk walking and cycling are allowed close to home and individually, without the need for a mask or self-certification.
