The extension of the anti-Covid red zone to seven regions, Campania and Tuscany the last two to be added to Calabria, Lombardy, Piedmont, Province of Bolzano and Val d’Aosta, puts in the center of attention (and controversy) the rules to be followed within the territories affected by the harshest restrictive measures decided by the executive.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
Mobility: It is forbidden to travel from the Region to and from the Region, and even within the territory, unless there are proven work or health needs or related to accompanying children to school. In this case, the self-certification form will be necessary. To go to a Region in the yellow band it is possible to cross a Region in the red band. “Transit through the territories is allowed if necessary to reach other territories that are not subject to travel restrictions or in cases where travel is allowed.” If, on the other hand, you are a resident of a Red Band Region, it is not possible to leave your Municipality, except for “proven needs for work, study, health”.
Only up to 50% fill is allowed for public transportation, except for school transportation.
School: Distance learning from seventh grade, except school activities that require workshops and those with disabled minors. Only preschool, elementary and secondary schools remain open. Universities closed, with specific exceptions.
Stop for non-essential activities: bars, restaurants, pubs and patisseries will be closed. The hairdressers remain open but the beauty centers do not. All stores are closed except groceries, pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists, kiosks and bookstores. The markets are closed, “except for activities for the sale of food only.”
Take away food and drinks: Take away food is always allowed. Yes until 10 at night with prohibition of consumption in the place or nearby. In any case, the food and beverage service points located in the service and refueling areas located along the highways, in hospitals and airports remain open, with the obligation to ensure in all cases the respect of the interpersonal distance of at least one meter ”.
Physical activity: You can only play in the environment of your home, respecting the spaces and with the mask. Sports activity is also suspended in outdoor centers. It is allowed “only outdoors and individually”. Then it is possible, for example, to go for a run but only in open spaces and close to home.
Smart work: Workers must physically go to their facilities only for non-postponable activities. Otherwise, the use of smart work is encouraged.
More expensive: In the Dpcm it is written that it is possible to carry out motor activities “provided that in any case the distance of at least one meter from any other person is respected and with the obligation to use respiratory protection devices”.
Events, cinemas and museums: Fairs, conferences or similar events such as Christmas markets are not allowed in the red zone. Also closed museums (with suspended exhibitions), theaters and cinemas.

Retail trade in non-specialized stores with a predominance of food and drink products (hypermarkets, supermarkets, food discount stores, mini-markets and other non-specialized stores of various foods);
Retail sale of frozen products;
Retail sale of computers, peripherals, telecommunications equipment, audio and video consumer electronics, household appliances in non-specialized stores;
Retail sale of food products, beverages and tobacco in specialized establishments (ateco codes: 47.2), including companies specialized in the sale of electronic cigarettes and liquids for inhalation;
Retail sale of automobile fuel in specialized stores;
Retail sale of computer and telecommunications equipment (ICT) in specialized stores (ateco code: 47.4);
Retail sale of hardware, paints, flat glass and building materials (including ceramics and tiles) in specialized stores;
Retail sale of hygienic-sanitary articles;
Retail trade of machinery, equipment and products for agriculture and gardening;
Retail trade of items for lighting and security systems in specialized exercises;
Retail sale of books in specialized stores;
Retail trade of newspapers, magazines and periodicals;
Retail sale of stationery and office supplies;
Retail trade of packages and calzature for children and babies;
Retail sale of personal clothing;
Retail sale of sporting goods, bicycles and articles for free time in specialized exercises;
Sale of motor vehicles, motorcycles and related parts and accessories;
Retail sale of games and toys in specialized stores;
Retail sale of drugs in specialized establishments (pharmacies and other specialized establishments of medicines not subject to medical prescription);
Retail sale of medical and orthopedic articles in specialized stores;
Retail trade of cosmetics, perfumery and herbalism in specialized exercises;
Retail trade of flowers, plants, bulbs, seeds and fertilizers;
Retail trade of pets and pet food in specialized exercises
Retail trade of material for optics and photography;
Retail sale of fuel for domestic use and for heating;
Retail trade of soaps, detersivi, produced for lucidatura and affini;
Retail trade of funeral articles and cimiteriali;
Itinerant retail trade of: food and beverage paints; fruits and vegetables; fish; meat; flowers, plants, bulbs, seeds and fertilizers; perfumes and cosmetics; soaps, detergents and other cleaners; linen; clothing and footwear for children and babies;
Retail trade of any type of product via the Internet, television, correspondence, radio, telephone;
Trade carried out by automatic vending machines.
