After the three patients who died this morning, in the evening the Health Authority announced the death of an Abruzzo woman hospitalized in Campobasso in the usual bulletin on the progress of the epidemic in our region.
The tragic trend in deaths, confirmed even today, is accompanied by another worrying element: the increase in positivity (the ratio between infected and the number of tampons made), which today – November 13 – stands at 14.39 %: 121 new infections out of 841 swabs processed in the last 24 hours. Yesterday (November 12) the positivity rate was 9%, two days ago it was around 12%.

FOURTH DEATH, THE VICTIMS OF COVID ARE NOW 66
The 73-year-old woman from Scontrone, a town in the province of L’Aquila, who died in the Cardarelli hospital in Campobasso, was admitted to the Infectious Diseases ward. He is the fourth victim today, November 13, after the three deaths this morning: the 62-year-old street vendor from Campobasso, an 86 from Termoli and a 91 from Capracotta. The first was hospitalized in Intensive Care, the other two in Infectious. Unfortunately, the number of victims of the infection caused by Sars-Cov-2 is updated in a timely and dramatic way: they are currently 66.

OTHER 4 ADMISSIONS TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES
Four more hospital admissions today. There are four people with Covid-19 who have needed hospital treatment in the last hours and are now in the Infectious Diseases department of the Cardarelli hospital in Campobasso. These are 2 patients from Isernia, 1 from Campobasso and 1 from Termoli.
Logically, the number of people hospitalized remains 62 as yesterday, taking into account that unfortunately 4 hospitalized people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours. The Asrem, on the other hand, in his daily bulletin counts 61, without giving any explanation or having communicated the discharged patients.
NEW BOOM OF POSITIVES, EVEN THERMOLI MORE THAN ALL
Today 121 new positives were found, with 841 swabs performed and a positivity rate that reached 14.39%, much higher than yesterday’s 9%.
As in recent days, Termoli has the highest number of daily infections, up to 18. Followed by Campobasso with 17 and Isernia with 11. 8 were detected in Pescolanciano, 4 in Cercemaggiore, the same number in Vinchiaturo, Campomarino and Riccia. Then 3 positives in Agnone, 3 in Larino and 3 in Monteroduni.
In total, 42 municipalities show at least one positivity today.
ASREM COMMUNICATES 67 CURES IN ONE DAY
A considerable number of cured is reported today by Asrem who has chosen to combine the cures found in the previous days and report them all together in a single bulletin.
Isernia is the place that sees its total of positives fall thanks to 19 cures. Instead, 10 people recovered in Campobasso. Then 6 in Castelpetroso, 3 in Termoli, 3 in Cerro al Volturno, 3 in Oratino. In total, 26 municipalities today register at least one recovered.
NATIONAL DATA
The daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health announces that 40,902 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered in Italy in the last 24 hours. The total number of swabs currently processed is 254,908. There are 550 victims, plus 60 are people hospitalized in the last 24 hours in intensive care and 1041 as ordinary hospitalizations. The positivity rate in Italy today is 16.05%.
Compared to the previous day, yesterday there were 37,978 new coronavirus infections of 234,672 swabs and 636 victims. Admissions to the intensive care unit were 89 units, ordinary 429. The positivity rate was 16.18%.
