New ordinance signed by the president of Tuscany, Eugenio Giani to regulate movements outside the municipalities and the activity of cultural centers during this phase of the Covid emergency.
In particular Movements to a different municipality are allowed of residence, domicile or domicile in these cases:
- Arrive at second homes, individually, for maintenance and repair activities with an obligation to return within the day;
- to carry out activities or use suspended goods and services not available in your Municipality
- in the event that your Municipality does not have specific points of sale or if it is urgently necessary to acquire basic needs not available in your Municipality;
- separated or divorced persons to visit municipalities in different areas with minor children of the other parent;
- for the activities of harvesting and pressing olives, also to go to and from the mills;
- For the collection of truffles, mushrooms and fishing activities that are carried out in a professional manner, these activities carried out in an amateur manner may be carried out exclusively in the Municipality itself;
- to take care of farm animals.
For cultural, social and recreational centers The ordinance allows, for the exclusive benefit of the respective partners, to carry out catering with home delivery in compliance with hygiene and health regulations, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 p.m., with prohibition of consumption on the spot or in the vicinity .
