Italy has exceeded one million covid infections. Yesterday, 32,961 new cases of Coronavirus were registered in the country, for a total of 1,028,424 since the start of the health emergency. According to yesterday’s bulletin, those cured since the beginning of the pandemic are 372,113 (+9090, yesterday +17734), while the deaths from Covid are 42,953 (there is an increase of 623 deaths in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were 580) . The positive cases are currently 613,358. Of these, 29,444 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, 3,081 in intensive care. Overall, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 225,640. The Region with the highest number of positives daily is Lombardy with more than 8,000 cases, followed by Campania and Veneto with more than 3,000 cases each.
