In September 2020, school activities were resumed throughout the national territory. They began in the presence and complying with the indications aimed at preventing infection contained in the Technical Document, prepared by the Scientific Technical Committee (CTS).

Resuming activities

The resumption of activities must have been carried out in a complex balance (that) between safety, in terms of containing the risk of contagion, socio-emotional well-being of students and school workers, quality of contexts and learning processes and respect for constitutional rights. health and education. Therefore, central is – as indicated in the Document for the planning of school, educational and training activities in all Institutions of the National Educational System for the 2020/2021 school year – the role of individual schools, accompanied by the Administration Central. and peripheral and local authorities, in translating the indications to the specific context of action, in order to define concrete and viable solutions taking into account the complex scenario of variables (levels of training, type of users, available structures and infrastructures, staffing , characteristics of the territory, etc.).

The choice of the DDI

In order to provide schools with a technical framework of reference, all schools have prepared a document containing “Guidelines for Integrated Digital Didactics”, in which the proposals and indications aimed at methodological planning, also functional, are presented. to the Health Emergency.

Integration of the PTOF

Educational institutions have provided themselves to integrate (or will do so shortly) their own PTOF with the appropriate methodological indications taking as reference – as indicated in the “Document for the planning of school, educational and training activities in all institutions of the National Education System for the 2020/2021 school year “- the technological equipment, the connectivity conditions of the users and the territory, the levels of competence of the students and staff, guiding the growth of technical competencies also through the proposed training actions.

Connectivity, staff and students: what to do?

The DDA, agile work, fiduciary isolation, quarantine and the dreaded new confinement have introduced the issue of connectivity linked to the use of mobile and fixed telephony service aimed at improving communication, the quality of work and productivity of the Administration . It is pursued according to criteria of economy and efficiency, as well as facilitating, on the one hand, the agile work of the faculty and staff of the ATA and, on the other, the study of students who, in times of distance training (in all cases isolation of students), need to connect from home even if they do not have their own connection.

Provision of cell phone service

“User” of the mobile phone or SIM is the person who is granted the use of the mobile phone service, or is assigned at least one phone number in the name of the Institute.
The transfer of the mobile phone service in exclusive use is granted to:

  • Director and collaborators;
  • DSGA;
  • Teaching staff (specifically identified by the DS for issues delegated to him also by their location in an organizational position different from the original profile);
  • Organizational positions

It can also be awarded to:

  • Management officers and employees for special service needs for those on call for management (at the specific request of your manager)
  • Fixed-term employees;
  • Students in fiduciary isolation and quarantine, upon request, and based on the parameters already established for the free loan for the use of PCs and tablets.

SIM, mobile and work

The mobile phone concession is defined in relation to specific working methods such as:

  • availability by virtue of particular tasks performed
  • off-site service or in an agile work position
  • Specific and non-postponable communication needs for which it is not possible to communicate with fixed telephone systems or other means of communication, frequent movements between different offices.

SIM, mobile phone and study

The concession of the mobile phone is defined in relation to specific study methods such as:

  • study in DaD mode for blocking;
  • study in DaD mode for fiduciary isolation;
  • study in DaD mode in quarantine.

The concession is carried out by decision of the DS in full compliance with the parameters established by the Council of the Institute.

Temporary assignments

The assignment of the mobile phone service can be arranged for the needs of a specific Service or Office, to be used alternatively by the employee of the Service or Office due to the assignments temporarily assigned (the so-called “rotating user”) by the Director or the DSGA.
In this case, the devices and utilities registered with the Institute to which the service belongs will have the name of the assignee, the delivery and forwarding dates noted in the corresponding registry.

Functions performed by the employee

The activation of some services, with the exception of International Roaming, is subject to particular functions carried out in the context of the control and management of the information, plant and technological system of the Institute (alarm management, verification of the status of the services offered online, etc. .), participation to send or receive emails and establish links to the Internet.
In no case may the telephone service be granted to subjects outside the Institute (Consultants, Experts, Volunteers, Employees of contractors, etc.).

DSGA and director

The DSGA provides for the supply of mobile telephones and the activation of related utilities, in compliance with the motivated requests of the Director.
Both the terminal, the SIM card and the relative user are granted for the use of the employee or the student (after signing the contract) until explicit revocation. Therefore, in the absence of the required requirements or in the event of termination of the employment relationship or the needs related to Distance Education, the Director must revoke the concession, immediately notifying the DSGA who will collect the material delivered and in Consequently it will disable users.

The Office also provides for the management of the contracts stipulated with the telephone traffic managers (specifically signed by the DS) in the DS directive and the periodic settlement of the corresponding electronic invoicing.

The specification and the request to sign.

Attached to this article is the “Regulation for the assignment and use of mobile phone and SIM equipment” and the request for a mobile phone or SIM card only. Both serve to create the conditions for safe use of the phone and the SIM.
