The presidents of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna – Massimiliano Fedriga, Luca Zaia me Stefano bonaccini – are in contact with each other and with local administrators (including Patrizia Barbieri, mayor and president of the province of Piacenza) to enact a joint ordinance that introduces more restrictive measures in the three regions than those established for the yellow regions (which are precisely these three).
