Perugia, November 9, 2020 – TheUmbria as of Wednesday, November 11, it will become orange zone for the next 14 days, as well as Abruzzo, Basilicata, Liguria and Tuscany. President Donatella tesei’s first comment: “More repercussions for bars and restaurants.”
“The government – said Tesei – must now guarantee support for activities to face the crisis. This is not only a health emergency, but also an economic emergency. Sufficient measures of the provisioning decree? I don’t know, they are measures. the government must be prepared to adapt them to the situation “
He then continued: “The evolution and numbers of this wave of Covid are causing the ‘colors’ to change very quickly. I am seeing the rise of the contagion curve – said Tesei -, it is sudden and very fast practically in all regions. There are very few differentiations. After that, I hope that soon all of Italy will go green again and come out of the emergency, but we must be pragmatic in some way. What I’m seeing is such diffusivity of the virus that it affects all regions.
“As I said when we were in the yellow zone, that of the ministry is not a report card or a ranking, it is the analysis, through some parameters, of a situation that is evolving throughout the national territory. The resulting restrictions are not, then, ‘punishments’ but measures to which we will adapt and that in part, like the father of high school, we had already anticipated “
