What happens now: the main news with the orange zone – Movements outside the Municipality are allowed only for work, health or needs such as accompanying children to school. Physical and sports activities are allowed only in the municipality itself and outdoors. Bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors and patisseries are closed, only retail stores are open, but shopping centers are closed on weekends. It is possible to order take away food until 10pm.
Here are the measures taken based on the band to which the regions belong.
YELLOW AREA
In a yellow zone, the limits established by national measures apply (here all the measures in detail), including the curfew at 10:00 p.m. (from that moment until 5:00 a.m. it is forbidden to leave the house except for health or work reasons); in high school there will be 100% distance learning; in public transport, capacity is cut in half (50 percent in buses, metro and regional trains); shopping centers are closed on weekends and holidays; museums, exhibitions, bingo halls are also closed; cruise stop; suspension of public competitions, including school competitions (with the exception of those related to health personnel); allowed access to parks, always respecting the one meter spacing rule; bars and restaurants close at 6 pm with the possibility of remaining open for Sunday lunch.
ORANGE ZONE
The second area is the orange, where there will be a tightening of the rules compared to the yellow areas. In Regions that fall within the orange band, any movement, in and out, will be prohibited, except for proven work, health and emergency needs.
The transfer to a Municipality other than that of residence, domicile or domicile will also be prohibited, except for a proven need for work or study, for health reasons or due to situations of need.
In the orange areas the activities of bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries are suspended, with the exception of dining rooms and catering, with the authorization for all catering activities with home delivery.
Otherwise, all the rules of the yellow zones apply: 50 percent capacity in public transport, full distance education in secondary school, stop in museums and curfew from 10 pm
RED AREA
In the red zones, those with the highest risk, the dpcm foresees, for at least 15 days, the stop in each movement inside and outside the Region. It is also forbidden to leave the Municipality of residence (always except for reasons of necessity and urgency, which is accredited with self-certification).
Closed retail stores, except grocery stores, pharmacies, newsstands; Non-food markets also closed.
The bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries are also closed: only catering with home delivery is allowed, as well as, until 10 pm, take away catering.
Food and beverage stores remain open in service and refueling areas along highways, hospitals, and airports.
Sports activities are also prohibited, including those carried out in open-air sports centers. On the other hand, individual motor activities (sports and walks) will be allowed, but always and only in the vicinity of the house.
Presence school activity allowed for kindergarten, elementary and middle school. For second and third grade and secondary schools, on the other hand, distance education is provided.
