The president of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, based on information from the director of the Health Promotion Department, Vito Montanaro, reports that today, Saturday, November 7, 2020 in Puglia, 7,081 tests were registered for the Covid coronavirus infection -19 and 1,054 positive cases were registered: 277 in the province of Bari, 91 in the province of Brindisi, 112 in the province of BAT, 312 in the province of Foggia, 95 in the province of Lecce, 154 in the province of Taranto , 13 residents outside the region.
14 deaths were recorded: 3 in the province of Bari, 1 in the province of Brindisi, 1 in the province of BAT, 4 in the province of Foggia, 5 in the province of Taranto.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 601,611 tests have been carried out.
7,546 are recovered patients.
Currently, 16,573 are positive cases.
The total of positive cases of Covid in Puglia is 24,935, divided as follows:
9,946 in the province of Bari;
2,691 in the province of Bat;
1,778 in the province of Brindisi;
6,030 in the province of Foggia;
1,792 in the province of Lecce;
2,519 in the province of Taranto;
179 attributed to residents outside the region.
Asl’s Prevention Departments have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, with the aim of tracing close contacts.
