Changing rooms always prohibited in sports centers
In the yellow zone, basic sports and physical activity in general are allowed, carried out outdoors in public and private sports centers and clubs. The novelty is “the prohibition of the use of changing rooms within these clubs.”

Yellow and orange zone: no restrictions for outdoor markets
Regarding the closings of shopping centers and markets on weekends, the circular specifies that outdoor markets will remain open in the yellow zone and also in the orange zone: “It should be clarified that their closing operates exclusively for the so-called covered markets. and not even for the outdoors. This is due to the fact that the open-air markets are installed in defined areas, and there are no strictly commercial establishments in them, so they only close on public holidays and before public holidays ”.
