9,934 infections and 131 deaths in one day

In the last 24 hours, the number of hospital admissions has increased by 245 units, bringing the total to 5,563 (yesterday there were 5,318), while 48 new patients treated in intensive care, thus reaching the figure of 570 units. Fortunately, the number of cured / discharged patients has also grown considerably, now reaching 107,463: 4,961 people have managed to overcome the disease in the last 24 hours.

Data from the Lombard provinces

Regarding the Lombard provinces, specifically, there are 4,196 new coronavirus infections registered in the province of Milan. Very high figure too Varese, where there are 1,124 new positives. There are 968 new positives in the province of Monza and Brianza, 569 in the province of Brescia, 941 in that of How and 408 to Pavia. The province of Bergamo registered 362 new infections, while there are 338 in Lecco, 103 in the province of Lodi, 237 in that of Cremona, 94 in the province of Sondrio and 254 in Mantua.

First day of lockdown: controls will be smooth

On the first day of closure in Milan and Lombardy, the Prefecture takes action on the controls to be carried out due to the many exceptions for which citizens may not be at home, especially during the day.
