Julie McSorley and Liz Cottriel will remember all their lives what happened to them on November 3. The two women admired in a kayak the spectacle of some humpback whales swimming near the coast, in the waters of Playa Ávila, in California, when suddenly one of whales emerged that literally swallowed them.
The scene was immortalized by one of the other kayakers who later posted the video on social networks, where it immediately went around the world. As seen in the images, one of the humpback whales suddenly emerged from the sea, just below his kayak, and first raised them about six feet and then swallowed them, amid the shouts of those present.
