With the last Dpcm, Italy was divided into zones based on the risk linked to the spread of Covid 19. According to reports from Ansa, there are 4 other Regions that could be at risk of closure and therefore inclusion in the orange or red areas .
For now in the red zone are the regions of Lombardy, Piedmont, Calabria, Valle d’Aosta. Here the schools remain open until the first grade of Baccalaureate, that is, the didactic activities are in presence
In the orange zone, on the other hand, the regions of Puglia and Sicily. Schools in these areas remain open through eighth grade. In Apulia, following a dispute between the TAR and the Region, Governor Emiliano signed an ordinance establishing the reopening of primary and secondary schools as of November 7, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decree of November 3 November, but families “should not feel obliged to send their children to school, they can opt for distance education.”
Located in the yellow zone Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria, Veneto. Even in these regions, schools remain open until the third grade of lower secondary school, 100% dad for high school. However, there are two exceptions: Campania, which yesterday confirmed the closure of all schools until November 14, and Umbria, which has prepared Dad for all lower secondary school pupils, as well as for secondary schools until 14 of November.
Now, at risk of new closures would be the regions of Tuscany, Campania, Veneto and Liguria. These, by order of the Minister of Health, could go to the orange or red zone.
Dad from home for teachers
With the operational note of November 5, the Ministry of Education has provided directions for schools. Regarding distance education, “The school management, in compliance with the resolutions of the collegiate bodies within the DDI Plan, adopts, in any case, any organizational arrangement capable of creating the best conditions for teaching in DDI, also authorizing non-face-to-face activity possible and where work performance is provided in any case“.
Agile work for Ata staff
The administrative assistant personnel carry out their work, as far as possible, in an agile way. More particular is the situation of school employees who cannot carry out work remotely: they continue to work in the presence, except in red zones, where they can go to school for non-postponable activities.
New DPCM: from today yellow, orange and red zone, which happens in the school. Attention to regional ordinances and indications for digital teaching
