The truth is that today the enormous damages resulting from years and years of cuts in health and personnel are being paid. To this is added what we have been saying for days: the enormous need for personnel that we have with the nurses who are no longer there, even more so with the few that remain who are “captured” by those who offer them better conditions. Do we realize that we are playing with fire? Do we realize that this situation could have significant repercussions on the staff and also on the population that runs the risk of not finding an immediate response to health problems that are now urgent-emergency? ”.
