Lazio is officially in the yellow zone. This was established by the new Dpcm signed by Giuseppe Conte, illustrated at a press conference on November 4 at Palazzo Chigi, in Rome.
The region that hosts the capital will be in the range of moderate criticality, in which there are also Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria, Veneto, the provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
The yellow zone of the new Dpcm
Basically, the measures established by the Government for the entire national territory are valid in the yellow zone. Therefore, there will be no more restrictions. Among the essential rules to always remember are: the obligation to wear a mask when leaving the house and the prohibition to leave the house between 10 at night and 5 in the morning (you can only go out for work, health or need ). Shopping centers have also been closed on holidays and the eve of holidays, but food stores and pharmacies remain open inside.
What can and cannot be done in the yellow zone
Can I move freely? During the day there are no limits, the curfew begins at 10 pm.
Can I go out after 10 at night? Only for “proven needs” for both work, health and emergency reasons.
Do I need to have a self-certification? Yes, the form must be completed with personal data and the reason for the move and delivered in case of control.
Can I go to the bar? Yes, but until 6 pm
Can I go to the restaurant? Yes, but until 6:00 p.m. Afterwards, home delivery is allowed and take-out food can be brought in until 10:00 p.m., but you cannot eat near the retailer or outdoors.
Can I go to the museum? No, after the cinemas and theaters, the museums and therefore the exhibitions have also closed.
Can I go to the shopping centers? Yes, but only until Friday: holidays are closed.
New Dpcm, self-certification – that’s when you need it
The curfew
From 22:00 to 5:00 Lazio will also be subject to a tightening of the curfew measure: only trips motivated by proven work needs, by situations of need or for health reasons are allowed.
In any case, it is strongly “Recommended to all natural persons, throughout the day, not to travel in public or private means of transport, except for reasons of work, study, health, situations of need or to carry out activities or use non-suspended servicesI”.
