COVID-19. These are the scenarios planned for Veneto

VENICE. What can and cannot be done with the curfew? What does it mean to be in the “Yellow Zone”, what will happen if we turn “orange”?

First: in Veneto the “general measures” provided for by the Decree of the Prime Minister of November 3 will be applied, which are valid for all of Italy as a basis.

What closures are these? These are the national measures envisaged by Conte which can be briefly summarized as follows: 100% distance education for secondary schools, museums closed, shopping centers closed on weekends, curfew from 10 to 5 in the morning (for moving in this time slot will require self-certification) and places reduced by half in public transport.

Our region, however, is one of the regions under observation due to the high rate of contagion (“R with t”), which is why maximum attention to the evolution of the epidemic is recommended.

Here is the official scheme provided by the Dpcm with the activities allowed and prohibited depending on the scenario.

YELLOW AREA Veneto today

Curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., except for movements motivated by proven work needs, by situations of need or for health reasons. In any case, all natural persons are strongly recommended, throughout the day, not to travel by public or private means of transport, except for work, study, health or need situations. or to carry out activities or use services not suspended;

Shopping centers are closed on holidays and pre-holidays, but grocery stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies and kiosks located inside will remain open;

100% distance learning for all second grade high school students, that is, for secondary schools, which today, at least 25%, remained in presence, for the third grade;

Public transport capacity was cut in half (to 50%);

Museums and exhibitions closed;

Corner for games and bingo in closed and tight bars;

On the other hand, movements outside the region are also allowed, as long as the adjacent regions are in the same moderate risk zone.

The other areas, orange and red, have more restrictions.

THE ORANGE ZONE

If the contagion factor rose and we became the orange zone, we would comply with these measures:

Curfew from 10 pm to 5 am, except trips motivated by proven work needs, by situations of need or for health reasons;

Any movement in and out is prohibited, except movements motivated by proven work needs or situations of need or for health reasons;

Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, ice cream parlors and pastry shops are always closed, but they can continue to sell take-out (until 10pm) or deliver it to your home. Exclusion of dining rooms and continuous catering by contract

Shopping centers are closed on holidays and pre-holidays, but grocery stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies and kiosks located inside will remain open;

Stores closed, except for the sale of food and basic necessities

markets closed

100% distance learning for all second and third grade high school students;

Half the capacity of public transport (at 50%);

Museums and exhibitions closed;

Corner for games and bingo in closed and tight bars.

– OPEN: hairdressers and beauty centers.

Already for the orange zone, self-certification will become an essential element for daily life.

THE RED ZONE

Currently only Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Calabria. But if the contagion rate gets out of control or the pressure on hospitals and intensive care increases, this degree of containment would skyrocket.

Curfew from 10 pm to 5 am, except trips motivated by proven work needs, by situations of need or for health reasons;

Any movement in and out of the Regions and also between Municipalities and Provinces of the same Region is prohibited, except movements motivated by proven labor needs or situations of need or for health reasons;

Bars, restaurants, discotheques, pubs, ice cream parlors and pastry shops are always closed, but they can continue to sell take-out (until 10pm) or deliver it to your home;

Instead, hairdressers, barbers, and estheticians will remain open, unlike the first draft;

Shopping centers are closed on holidays and pre-holidays, but grocery stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies and kiosks located inside will remain open;

100% distance learning for all students in upper secondary schools and for second and third secondary schools;

public transport capacity was cut in half (to 50%);

Museums and exhibitions closed
