Is it true that shopping centers will be closed on weekends?

Will the capacity of trains and buses be reduced?
Yes, all public transport will suffer a reduction in capacity: convoys and buses will be at 50% of ordinary capacity. School transportation, that is, school buses, will not be reduced in capacity.
