The big news is the subdivision of Italy into three risk zones (yellow, orange and red), where for each one of which measures with a restrictive crescendo are foreseen based on the trend of the Covid situation in each individual Region.
At the moment, in the red band (those most at risk) included Lombardy, Piedmont, Calabria and Valle d’Aosta. In that orange there are Puglia and Sicily, while the remaining regions are in that yellow, where the standard measures decided at the national level are applied.

A survey on the DPCM and Italy divided into three zones
If until now the government had decided to address the coronavirus emergency with measures always a national characterNow, in the last DPCM, great news has arrived that has a double objective: to stop the increase in infections and to avoid a second general blockage.
Every Friday on Ministry of Health will assess the Regions on the basis of 21 parameters, including the Rt index and the intensive care situation, which will then be included in one of the three risk areas for two weeks, at the end of which they can increase or decrease their level.
In yellow zone, the lowest, all new national measures will be in force until December 3: curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., distance education for high school, maximum filling of public transport to 50% and closing of bars and restaurants at 6 pm (takeout allowed until 10 pm and home delivery).
In orange zone, in addition to national measures, there is also a stop to travel to and from the Region, citizens must stay in their own municipality except of course the possibility of traveling for health or work reasons. In addition, bars, restaurants, pastry shops and ice cream parlors are closed, while take-out is allowed until 10 p.m. and home delivery.
In Red zone on the other hand, the highest risk, shops are also closed and distance education is also extended to third and second grades. You can only go outside for the necessary movements and for physical activities near your home.
The purpose of this poll is to understand the opinion of readers about the new DPCM signed by Conte, which introduced a differentiation between Regions in terms of the measures to be applied to better face this second wave of the coronavirus.
