In Italy divided into three zones (red, orange and yellow) according to the level of risk and Coronavirus alert, self-certification returns for authorized movements despite the prohibitions. The same self-certification is attached to the Dpcm of October 24 and already usable for the ordinances in force in the Regions where the curfew was established. The form can be downloaded from the Viminale website and handed over to the police forces in charge of the controls. There, citizens must indicate the reasons for the move. The verifications will be carried out randomly and whoever does not prove the reason indicated in the self-certification will be sanctioned and reported. But, when and where is it necessary to show self-certification?
In the yellow zone self-certification only during curfew hours
The form must be displayed by any citizen in any part of Italy during curfew hours (that is, from 10 pm to 5 am) to justify the move, admitted only for reasons of work, necessity and urgency.

In the red zone, self-certification always at hand
In the 4 regions that are currently in the red zone (Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta and Calabria), as during the first blockade, it will be allowed to move during the day only for reasons of work, necessity, health and urgency. But, unlike before, you can travel to accompany or pick up the children who attend schools in the presence or to go to open commercial establishments, such as hairdressers that were closed in the first confinement. Even if the dpcm does not specify it, it will be necessary to always carry the self-certification form that will be displayed on each check.
In the orange zone, free travel in the municipality of residence.
As for the red zone, even in the orange zone regions (for now Sicily and Puglia) it is not possible to move to another region or leave the municipality of residence, except for reasons of work, necessity, health and urgency. Those who travel outside the permitted places must always show self-certification. But unlike the red zones, you can move freely in the municipality of residence from 5 in the morning until 22 in the afternoon without restrictions. And therefore without the need for self-certification.
