The list of Italian regions that fall into the different risk bands of Covid has been drawn up and Tuscany is in the yellow one, the one with the least criticality due to the pandemic.

After a day of waiting since the signing of the Dpcm, to announce in which areas the Italian regions fall, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte at a press conference, also recalling that the measures included in the new decree will effectively enter into force as of Friday November 6.

Each zone, yellow, orange and red, has different restrictive measures depending on the level of criticality. The different indications will be valid for 15 days, then each case will be reevaluated according to the epidemiological curve.

Red zone, to the level high risk of criticality, in Lombardy, Piedmont Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta and Calabria.

Orange zone, at the level of medium-high criticality, Puglia and Sicily have been included.

Yellow zone, at the level of moderate risk There are 14 regions: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Molise, Marche, the province of Trento and Bolzano, Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria and Veneto.

As already mentioned, even if the color is not specified in the Dpcm, Italy is divided into three bands: yellow, orange and red. The yellow area replaces the green color that was used until a few hours ago.

The location of the regions in the different bands will be decided by the Minister of Health, after consulting the governors, on the basis of 21 parameters. These include the Rt index, the number of symptomatic cases, hospitalizations, cases in RSA, the percentage of positive swabs, the average time between symptoms and diagnosis, the number of new outbreaks, the occupancy of beds based on actual availability.

But then let’s look at the Tuscans (Yellow zone) from tomorrow what are the news and what happens with respect to displacements, closings and school. The yellow zone follows the measures at the national level.

– Travel outside the Region is also allowed, provided that the neighboring Regions are in the same moderate risk zone. In any case, it is strongly recommended to all natural persons, throughout the day, not to travel in public or private means of transport, except for work, study, health or situations of need. or to perform activities or use services not suspended;

– From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day, only trips motivated by proven work needs, situations of need or health reasons are allowed. – exhibitions and public opening services of museums and other cultural institutes and places mentioned in article 101 of the code of cultural heritage and landscape, according to legislative decree January 22, 2004, n. 42;

– Second grade secondary schools adopt flexible forms in the organization of teaching activities in accordance with articles 4 and 5 of the decree of the President of the Republic of March 8, 1999, n. 275, so that 100 percent of the activities are carried out through the use of integrated digital teaching. Without prejudice to the possibility of carrying out face-to-face activities if the use of laboratories is necessary or for reasons of maintaining an educational relationship that achieves the effective school inclusion of students with disabilities and special educational needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Minister’s decree of instruction no. 89 of August 7, 2020, and by order of the Minister of Education n. 134 of October 9, 2020, while ensuring the online connection with the students in the class who are in integrated digital teaching. The didactic and educational activity for kindergarten, the first cycle of education and for educational services for children continues to be developed in presence, with the mandatory use of respiratory protection devices except for children under six years of age and for people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of the mask.

– The pre-selection and written tests for public and private competitions and those for the qualification for the exercise of the professions are suspended, except in cases in which the evaluation of the candidates is carried out exclusively in a curricular or electronic form, as well as as for exclusion of contests for the personnel of the national health service;

– On holidays and the eve of holidays, commercial establishments in shopping centers and markets are closed, with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, health centers, food establishments, tobacconists and newsstands;

– For the activities of the catering services it does not change from the last Dpcm for those in the yellow zone: for bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries they remain open from 5 to 18. Consumption at the table is allowed for a maximum of four people per table, unless they all live together. After 6 pm the consumption of food and beverages in public places and open to the public is prohibited, catering is allowed in hotels and other accommodation facilities without a time limit, limited to its customers, who stay there, it is always allowed catering with home delivery for both packaging and transport activities, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 p.m., with prohibition of consumption on site or in the vicinity;

– on board the public transport of local transport and regional rail transport, with the exception of dedicated school transport, a load factor of no more than 50 percent is allowed;

– with regard to professional activities, it is recommended that:

1) They are also implemented by flexible working methods, where they can be done at home or remotely;

2) employee vacations and paid leave are encouraged, as well as other instruments provided for by collective bargaining;

3) anti-contagion safety protocols are adopted, without prejudice to the obligation to use respiratory protection devices provided for by current legislation, protocols and guidelines;

4) sanitation operations in the workplace are encouraged, also using forms of social safety nets for this purpose;
